Cancellations and Reschedules
You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will count as a completed session.

No-shows are also treated as completed sessions.
Rescheduling can be done via the same link you used for booking. If for any reason that does not work, contact support@trainathome.ae at least 24 hours ahead.
Refunds
At Train At Home, we’re committed to your satisfaction and results. You have 2 days after buying a package to request a refund.
In case any sessions have been conducted, a per-session fee of AED200 will be deducted from the refunded amount in addition of any payment processing fees.
To initiate a refund request, email support@trainathome.ae with your booking details.
