Welcome to Train At Home! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Train At Home Sports Services L.L.C, a UAE-licensed company operating in Abu Dhabi under license number CN-5983426. Train At Home operates this online store and website, including all related content, features, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This platform is powered by Shopify, enabling us to offer you a streamlined experience for purchasing fitness services.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use these Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and accept full responsibility for any activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – SERVICES OFFERED

Train At Home provides in-person and remote fitness training services, including individual and group sessions, body assessments, and optional nutrition planning. All services are delivered within the UAE. No physical goods are sold through this website.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

Your booking or package purchase is considered an offer. A confirmation email with payment receipt and booking instructions will be sent once payment is approved. All services must be scheduled by the client using the provided online calendar. Sessions must be used within the validity period stated on each package.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in AED and include applicable UAE VAT where required. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized UAE payment providers. Pricing may be updated at any time. Seasonal promotions are time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the full transaction amount.

SECTION 5 – CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your session will count as a completed session and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

  • No-shows are also treated as completed sessions.

  • Rescheduling can be done via the same booking link used to schedule the session. If that does not work, please contact support@trainathome.ae at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment.

SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY

At Train At Home, we’re committed to your satisfaction and results.

You may request a refund within 2 calendar days of purchasing your package, provided that:

  • No sessions have been conducted, or

  • If sessions have already been conducted, AED 200 per completed session will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Additional payment processing fees may also be deducted.

Refunds will not be issued after the 2-day window.

To request a refund, email support@trainathome.ae with your full name, email, and booking details.

SECTION 7 – GROUP SESSIONS

When a group training package is purchased, all group members must attend the same scheduled session booked by the purchaser. If any participant misses the session, it will still count as completed. No partial credits or make-up sessions will be offered for absent group members.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may integrate tools such as Calendly for bookings or WhatsApp for communication. We are not responsible for any third-party platforms’ outages or data handling. Use of such tools is at your own discretion.

SECTION 9 – LIABILITY

All clients participate at their own risk. By purchasing and booking training services, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate. Train At Home is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse effects during or after the session.

Clients with medical conditions must consult a healthcare provider before starting any program.

SECTION 10 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or pricing without prior notice. Ongoing packages will remain valid until expiration.

SECTION 11 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for any violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You remain liable for any charges incurred prior to termination.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
